At my company the Community Manager role is bound to Customer Support (not marketing). I think I've settled on Community and Customer Relations Manager. And I've actually seen the "producer" title used quite often for people who don't really "produce" all that much. Years ago that title was usually reserved strictly for content managers or publishers, but it's thrown around a lot more freely these days. Community Success Manager is one of my all-time favorites.
