Finding a rental

I pay for a 512 kb connection. I top out at 20 kb/s. The above is more likely. Sometimes when I’m trying to work it dips below 2 kb/s and I can’t even load webpages. I’ve had to bow out of work skype conference calls because my connection was so poor. [...]
